All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold the date and must be paid in full 1 week prior to event date. If event is cancelled, you will not be refunded. If cancelled with at least one week notice, you will have a credit of the full amount that has been paid for any future event.

If cake or themed order is less than 1 week away there will be an additional $15 rush fee added to the price.

Invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled unless an agreement is in place.

We have a no refund policy.

Any alcohol must be provided by the customer if not baked into the product.
